Avv. Alexia J. Farrugia Zrinzo

Sole Managing Lawyer

Alexia J. Farrugia Zrinzo was awarded a Doctor of Laws degree by the University of Malta in 2006 and was called to the Bar the following year. She furthered her studies by obtaining a warrant to  appear before the Ecclesiastical Tribunal in 2008 and a Certificate in Management and  Administration of FIDIC Contracts in 2020.  

Her practice areas are diverse and include Administrative, Public, and Civil Law, with a focus on  Family law, Property law, Health legislation and Public Procurement law. She is adept in court  litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution, vigorously defending client interests  with a strategic and considered approach. Her legal services are particularly sought after in  property law, including the establishment of property titles, administration of condominium  affairs, and contract examination. 

Additionally, Alexia applies her legal expertise to legislative drafting, contributing to the  development of legislation, especially in health care and public funding. Her insight in health related legal issues is further recognized through her appointment as Vice-Chairperson on the 

Board for the Psychotherapy Profession and her role as a member of the Co-Operatives Board. 

Alexia also serves as an arbitrator in several arbitral disputes.

Avv. Elaine Degiorgio

Elaine Degiorgio was admitted to the bar in the 2018, having attained a Masters of Advocacy from  the University of Malta, preceded by successful qualifications in a Bachelors of Law (Honours).  Her undergraduate thesis titled ‘Criminalising Revenge Porn’, which mainly brought to light the  new emerging technological crimes due to globalisation of society especially through the high use  of technology, eventually led to an amendment to the Criminal Code to address specifically  revenge pornography. 

Elaine practices primarily in Civil Law, with a focus on Family Law, Property and Rent Law and  Employment Law. She also has an interest in Human Rights Law.

Avv. Leon Camilleri

Leon Camilleri graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018 and with a Master of  Advocacy in 2019 from the University of Malta. His term paper for the obtainment of his bachelor  of Laws degree is titled “A Critical Analysis of the Function, Impartiality, and Relevance of the  Employment Commission as Established in the Constitution of Malta.” This paper critically  examines the relevance of this Constitutional Body. He was admitted to the bar in the year 2020,  and immediately started practicing in Maltese Law Courts. 

Leon’s areas of practice are diverse but currently focuses on public procurement law, providing  advice and representing clients before the Public Contract Review Board and the Superior Court  of Appeal. He also practices in Civil law and Commercial law, particularly property law, rent, debt  collection, contract execution, tort law and other disputes of a civil and commercial nature. Leon  also assists clients in negotiations and contract drafting.

Avv. Agnes Vella

Agnes Vella obtained her legal credentials with both a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master  of Advocacy degree. Subsequently, she was awarded her warrant to practice at the Law Courts in  2021. Her undergraduate dissertation is titled “The Legal Implications of Obligatory Vaccinations,”  which gives prominence to her interest in the medico legal sphere. 

She furthered her studies by obtaining a Master of Arts in Matrimonial Canon Law and  Jurisprudence in 2025 after having submitting her postgraduate dissertation titled ‘The Impact of  Sexual Violence in Marriage’. 

Agnes’ main practice area is civil law, specialising in conveyancing law, that is, the establishment  of property titles. She also assists clients in matters relating to citizenship and immigration policy,  condominium law, rights of persons with disabilities, legislative drafting and implementation of  EU legislation. Additionally, Agnes also practices in family law both in the Family Court at the  Courts of Justice as well as The Ecclesiastical Tribunal at the Archibishop’s Palace.

Mr. Kenneth Bugeja

Office Administrator

Kenneth Bugeja is the first person you encounter the moment you decide to seek our service at  our main office as he is the secretary at 360 Legal Malta. Kenneth started working at the early age  of sixteen years in the tourism industry where he spent twenty years working and mastering essential customer service skills, ensuring he gives our customers the best service possible.  

Kenneth takes care of all the secretarial and administrative duties at 360 Legal Malta where he  manages the day-to-day running of the office.
